➢ Rooms are available from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival. If you arrive earlier, please check the availability of parking and other hotel services.
➢ It is strictly forbidden to bring unregistered guests into the rooms. Any visitors must, by law, leave their identification document at the reception, which will be returned upon departure.
➢ Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms and throughout the hotel.
➢ Please leave used towels on the floor if they need to be replaced, and avoid wasting water and electricity.
➢ For safety reasons, stoves, food warmers, and irons are not allowed in the rooms. If needed, please contact the staff. Any damage to the property, objects, or furnishings of the hotel will be charged to the responsible guest.
➢ Air conditioning is available from June 15 to September 15, operating from 1:00 PM to 9:00 AM the following day, subject to government regulations.
➢ Pets of any breed or size are not allowed in the hotel or on the beach.
➢ Breakfast is served from 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM in the Sala Marina. If you need an early breakfast, please book in advance.
➢ À la carte lunch is available from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Nautilus Lunch Restaurant & Wine Bar.
➢ For dinner, upon arrival, you will receive a booklet with recommended restaurants, where you will enjoy a small discount as our guest.
➢ The hotel has a private, ungated parking area. Reserved spots are available for Suites and Junior Suites.
The hotel is not responsible for any damages or theft.
➢ The beach service included in your rate is available from check-in (2:00 PM) on the day of arrival until 1:00 PM on the day of departure. Simply go to the beach and present the ticket issued at check-in to the lifeguard.
➢ Beach spots cannot be reserved; they are assigned based on the room category booked.
Front-row spots are reserved for Suites, Junior Suites, Rose di Mare, and Peonie rooms.
➢ If you wish to use the beach service beyond 1:00 PM on departure day, please check availability and costs at reception.
➢ Beach towels are available for rent directly on the beach at €2.00 each.
➢ Beach service hours: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
➢ Check-out time: 11:00 AM.
Guests must vacate their room by this time but can stay on the beach until 1:00 PM.
➢ Luggage storage is available at reception. Guests can also use the changing room and hot shower after check-out.
➢ Reception cashier service: 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM. If departing before 8:00 AM, please notify the reception the day before.
➢ Accepted payment methods: cash, debit card, credit card, or bank transfer (upon arrival). Checks are not accepted.
➢ Tourist tax: €3.50 per day per adult, up to a maximum of 7 nights. Cash payment is preferred for this fee.
➢ Guests requiring an invoice must request it at the time of booking.
➢ Free cancellation is available within the terms specified in the booking confirmation.
➢ Cancellation penalties follow the terms outlined in the confirmation document.
